Manufactured Housing Association of Oklahoma
The Manufactured Housing Association of Oklahoma (MHAO) is the state trade association for manufactured housing. Its stated mission is to advance the availability and ownership of manufactured housing and desirable sites throughout Oklahoma, and it publishes resources for finding retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, service, financing, and communities.
Education is a core function. The association runs an installation course with scheduled registration dates and an online education course. The site notes that the online course is not approved for the Certified Installation Inspector certification or its renewal, and points members to the 2020 installation standards that apply to new manufactured homes installed in Oklahoma.
MHAO holds an annual convention; the site lists the 2027 convention for June 21-23, 2027 at the Choctaw Convention Center & Resort in Durant, Oklahoma. Membership applications go before the MHAO board of directors for approval.
The contact page doubles as a member directory, listing officers and member companies with street addresses and phone numbers across Oklahoma and into Texas. The association office is on S. Shields in Oklahoma City, with a local number of 405-634-5050 and a national number of 800-234-6426.
