Billing and collections then combine rent, utilities and fees into one bill delivered by email, text, print or resident portal, auto-apply late fees, trigger compliant rent increases and escalate delinquencies through rule-based eviction workflows.

Reporting runs through a drag-and-drop Custom Report Writer built over thousands of data points, with sorting, subtotals, Excel export and read-only or edit access per team member, plus MA Insights dashboards that feed an external BI tool. Residents pay by ACH, credit card, cheque or retail cash, and SafeHaven resident insurance is offered as a turnkey programme that pays the operator a monthly commission.
