Direct mail & outbound

Mailbox Power

Mailbox Power is a direct mail and gifting platform. A business connects its CRM, and the platform prints and ships physical cards, marketing pieces and gifts in the sender's name, triggered by the dates and events already recorded in that CRM.

The product is organised around what the company calls the PRRRR Method: prospecting, recognition, retention, reputation and referrals. Each of the five has its own campaign playbooks, and the site publishes playbooks aimed at real estate agents, mortgage professionals, insurance and Medicare agents, and other professional services firms, along with reactivation and past-client referral campaigns.

A send can be a greeting card, a postcard, printed marketing material, brownies and gourmet treats, or branded items such as mugs, coasters, journals and water bottles. A personalisation and design studio handles the artwork, and the platform covers fulfilment, send tracking, integrations including Follow Up Boss, and an AI prospecting suite. Customers either build campaigns themselves or hand that work to Mailbox Power's team.

Pricing is not published on the pages reviewed. Ask what the platform subscription costs, what each piece costs to print and mail, and whether the done-for-you build is charged separately.
