M and M Mobile Home Movers

M & M Mobile Home Movers transports and sets manufactured homes across South Carolina and Georgia. It is based in Beech Island and serves Augusta and the CSRA, working for homeowners, mobile home parks, developers and builders, and jobsite operators.

The company handles single-wide, double-wide and triple-wide transport and placement; setup and installation focused on positioning and leveling so the home is ready for utility coordination; site preparation accounting for access, grade, pad readiness and drainage; and concrete footers and foundation support where the site or placement requires it. It also moves construction site offices and trailers, tiny and modular homes, and units for agricultural operations.

The process runs in five stated steps: details and quote based on home size, pickup and drop-off, distance, access and services needed; planning and scheduling including route feasibility, timing and permit planning guidance; transport and delivery; setup and stability work; and site or concrete support if needed. The company says it has 34+ years of experience moving and setting mobile homes, works park-to-park moves, replacements and repositioning, and is open 9-5 Monday to Saturday. Reviews on the site describe help obtaining moving permits and coordination on longer moves.

Quotes are per move, based on home size, pickup and destination, and site details. The number is 706-231-0280. Confirm which permits the company pulls and which remain the owner's responsibility before scheduling.
