Louisville Manufactured Housing Show

The Louisville Manufactured Housing Show is an annual trade show for manufactured housing professionals held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. It is produced by the Midwest Manufactured Housing Federation Inc. and its five member state associations: the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association, Indiana Manufactured Housing Association, Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute, Michigan Manufactured Housing Association, and Ohio Manufactured Homes Association.

The show is an industry event rather than a consumer one. The site states plainly that this is a trade show, not a public show, and that the public will not be admitted. The floor brings together new manufactured home designs, technology, supplier offerings, and system-built options, with homes displayed from named manufacturers.

The 2027 show is listed for 20 to 22 January 2027. The site says the Louisville Show has been the industry event for over 60 years and has brought manufactured housing professionals together from all over the country. A virtual tour of the 2026 show is available, along with an email list for show news and announcements whose signup categories include community owner or manager, supplier or service provider, and other industry professional.

Registration terms, exhibitor pricing, and proof-of-industry requirements are not published on the home page. Contact the organizing federation before booking travel.
