Buyers who need financing are referred into the company's network of lenders rather than financed in-house.

Beyond retail, the company operates two sales centers and six communities: land-lease communities around Michigan where new and pre-owned manufactured homes are available, which it presents as an option for downsizing or starting over. Display models are periodically discounted as lot model specials, priced as shown on the lot and ready to move.
