LeadPropeller builds and hosts lead-generation websites for real estate investors. A site comes with a free domain name with WHOIS protection that the customer owns, unlimited custom email addresses on that domain, fast hosting, and a choice of templates carrying default content written to rank in search and convert motivated seller traffic.
Sites are edited through the company's own point-and-click editor, which covers images, text sizes, fonts and colours, section backgrounds, links, video, colour scheme, added or removed pages, page titles, meta data and analytics scripts, and hiding most elements; page layout is the one thing it does not change. Form questions can be customised, area landing pages created in seconds, and a WordPress blog installed in one click with the company's SEO plugin.
When a seller submits a form the lead is emailed, optionally texted, and saved to a basic built-in CRM, and webhooks push leads to Podio and other investor CRMs. Customised text autoresponders, training and in-house phone support are included, and there are no contracts. Content packs, managed SEO and managed pay-per-click are sold separately, with Google Ads accounts run by Google Partner certified managers who also build landing pages and report monthly.
Plans are priced per month: $49 for one website with one content pack, $79 for three websites with three content packs, and $299 for fifteen websites with five content packs, plus $19 for each additional site.
