Property data

Land id

Land id, formerly MapRight, is a property mapping and data platform. It layers parcel boundaries and ownership records, high-resolution aerial imagery, 3D terrain, water features, soils and dozens of other data sets into maps that can be shared by link, embedded on a website, printed, or carried offline on a phone.

The subscription tiers run from parcel research to marketing. Premium covers AI parcel insights and basic map creation, with map tools, link sharing, offline mobile mapping, owner portfolio search and CSV mailing list reports. Pro adds branded property tours with contact details and logo, website and listing embeds, and comparable sales reports. The platform also publishes what it calls the Land id - an AI summary that combines parcel data with plain-language narrative about a property and what surrounds it, built on the company's own data pipeline and model.

Beyond the software, an in-house mapping team will build maps and tours as a paid service, covering property tours for brokers, subdivision availability maps, project and site analysis maps, and detailed property maps for owners. Target users include residential and acreage agents, commercial brokers, appraisers, developers, landowners, farming operations, conservation and government bodies, and energy and site selection teams.

Land id was founded in 2014 as MapRight and keeps main offices in Bozeman, Montana and Austin, Texas, with team members spread across the country. Subscription prices are published on the pricing page, and the support line is (844) 932-6277.
