L. Mason Capitani is a commercial real estate brokerage in Troy, Michigan, operating alongside Liberty Property & Asset Management, its property and asset management arm. Between them the two firms handle leasing, sales and management of office, medical, industrial and retail property, with market coverage across southeast Michigan and, through CORFAC International, reach beyond it.

Brokerage work covers leases, user and investment sales, build-to-suits and tenant representation for private and public companies, financial institutions and individual owners. Brokers hold SIOR and CCIM designations, and the firm has long been known as an agency, or listing-side, practice.

Management services include physical maintenance carried out by in-house technicians rather than outside contractors, budgeting and financial reporting, construction management, lease administration, energy solutions, supplier management and procurement, and risk management. Property managers, maintenance technicians and the firm's principals are reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week, backed by an answering service and an online tenant work order system. Leases are audited and abstracted, with expirations, options and expansion rights tracked ahead of renewal.
