KW Commercial Georgia

KW Commercial Georgia is the commercial arm of Keller Williams in Georgia, working out of Keller Williams market centers run by The Rawls Group, including First Atlanta, Peachtree Road, Atlanta North, Atlanta Perimeter and Cityside Douglasville. Its agents help clients buy, develop, lease and sell commercial real estate.

KW Commercial was launched during the recession of 2009 and traces its origins to a commercial division started at Keller Williams in the mid-1980s. The Georgia region launched the same year and describes itself as one of the largest regions in the KW network. Keller Williams is a franchise with a network of over 115,000 agents, and each office is independently owned and operated.

Service is delivered by individual agents rather than a central desk, and the region points to CCIM designees and candidates among its professionals. A large share of the site is aimed at agents considering joining, covering commission splits, profit sharing, one-on-one coaching, masterminds and training events rather than client engagements.
