KIOSK Information Systems has designed and manufactured self-service kiosks since 1993, from a campus in Louisville, Colorado. It reports more than 250,000 units deployed and states an uptime target of 98.5% or better, supported by IoT remote monitoring.

For self-storage, the company offers a line of storage kiosks that automate rental, payment and lock dispensing around the clock, aimed at operators who want 24/7 facility services without staffing those hours. The same platform work shows up across its other markets: retail returns and self-checkout, parcel delivery lockers and smart package rooms for apartment lobbies and student housing, bill payment and cash-to-card, patient and hotel check-in, ticketing, mass transit and government applications.

The company sells complete solutions rather than hardware alone: software application and enclosure design, licensable hardware integration module APIs, flexible volume manufacturing, turnkey safety agency certifications, and fully managed deployment, monitoring and field services. Project teams sit on a single campus, and standard, custom, outdoor, tablet and floor-standing form factors are available.

Ownership is worth noting: KIOSK was acquired by Posiflex Technology, Inc. in 2016, and Posiflex acquired sister company Portwell in 2017, which is where component supply comes from.
