Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute

The Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (KMHI) is the trade association representing the factory-built housing industry in Kentucky, describing itself as the voice of that industry in the Commonwealth. Its members design, build, install, sell and finance factory-built homes, and include manufacturers, retailers, installers, community operators and lenders.

The association's stated role with members is training, continuing education and information, so that the people in those roles have access to current industry practice.
