K&K Insurance Group, founded in 1952 and part of Aon, administers a specialty insurance program for campgrounds, RV parks, and cabin rentals that packages property with equipment breakdown and business interruption, general liability including liquor and watercraft options, inland marine, crime, auto, excess liability, and workers' compensation. Optional coverage extends to on-site recreation such as pools, playgrounds, golf, and boating.

The program requires managers with three years of industry experience and a $5,000 minimum annual premium; a wildfire questionnaire applies in 15 western states.
