A company usually starts with the basics — payroll, benefits administration, labor law compliance and automated tax filings — and adds capability as it grows: benefits access, time tracking, dedicated HR consulting, contractor management and international hiring. International employees and contractors can be onboarded without standing up a foreign entity, and both US and overseas workers sit on the same platform.

The company reports processing over $31 billion in payroll and $8.9 billion in total taxes during 2025, generating more than 268,000 W-2s for its PEO customers, and supporting over 4,000 tax localities for employer tax filing. Support is delivered by phone, email and in-platform chat, and the site shows a 4.6 rating on G2.
