Jones, founded as Jones Sign, designs, engineers, permits, manufactures, installs and maintains signage and custom architectural features across the United States and Canada. Its named industries include retail and restaurant, automotive, banking and finance, healthcare, hospitality and entertainment, petroleum, corporate branding and sports venues.

The company keeps design, engineering, fabrication and installation in-house and assigns a dedicated project manager to each job. Programs range from single custom signs to national rebrands, multi-location rollouts and franchise development packages. Beyond signage it builds architectural features such as canopies, trellises, facades, decorative shades and shelters; sports venue packages covering naming rights and sponsorship branding, wayfinding, custom lighting and LED features; strategic initiative work including storm remediation, building strikes, site closures and ADA compliance; and digital signage and LED displays of any size.
