JLL Exchange is the 1031 exchange program of JLL Income Property Trust, a non-traded REIT advised by LaSalle Investment Management. It sells DST interests in institutional-quality industrial, residential, and grocery-anchored assets, with a 721 exchange into the REIT's operating partnership as the exit.
