Jessup Housing manufactures HUD-code manufactured homes at 1001 West Loop 340 in Waco, Texas. Its published catalog is two series of floor plans, each with a gallery, a features list and a virtual tour.

The Elite Series runs from a two-bedroom, two-bath single-section at 1,065 square feet up to a four-bedroom multi-section at 2,280 square feet, with three-bedroom plans at 1,191, 1,680 and 1,800 square feet and a five-bedroom, three-bath plan at 2,040 square feet. The Promotional Series, marked limited time only, runs from a 16x60 at 940 square feet to a 28x76 at 2,001 square feet, including 28x48, 28x56, 28x60 and 28x64 plans.
