JC Property Professionals

JC Property Professionals is a site-work and property services contractor based in Marion, North Carolina, working residential, commercial and larger development jobs. Its four service lines are dirt work, demolition, tree work, and materials sold from its own shop.

Demolition covers residential and commercial structures, mobile home removal, and concrete removal. Dirt work covers lot clearing, grading, retaining walls, excavation, driveways and ponds. Tree services cover removals and fellings, underbrushing, and trimming and pruning. The shop in Marion runs a stump dump and sells fill dirt, mulch and firewood.

The business began in 2018, consolidating earlier ventures that traded as JC Construction, JC Tree Service, and JC Demolition & Grading. It describes its service area as the counties of McDowell, Buncombe, Avery, Burke, Catawba, Rutherfordton, Brevard, Hendersonville and surrounding areas, and states that it is fully licensed and insured.

Every job starts with a quote: the site takes estimate requests through a form, or by phone at (828) 559-8222. No pricing is published, and the site does not describe park-scale or multi-home removal work, so an owner clearing several homes at once should say so when requesting the estimate.
