Fund administration

IQ-EQ

IQ-EQ is an investor services group that administers funds and corporate structures for the private markets. It works for fund and asset managers, asset owners such as family offices, pension funds, endowments and sovereign wealth funds, and clients running debt, capital markets, and corporate structures.

For fund managers the work covers fund administration and accounting, alternative investment fund manager services, regulatory compliance, and reporting across the full fund lifecycle from launch through wind-down, for asset classes including real assets, private equity and venture capital, private debt and credit, hedge funds, digital assets, and evergreen or hybrid vehicles. For asset owners it runs back office, middle office, and portfolio monitoring and reporting. On the debt and corporate side it provides SPV management, securitisation and CLO services, loan administration, and entity management across jurisdictions.

The group reports more than $950 billion in assets under administration, more than 2,300 funds under administration, and more than 6,500 staff, with a compliance network of more than 300 specialists and a stated minimum of 20 years of experience across its senior team. It says it supports 13 of the top 15 private equity firms and 19 of the top 25 private debt firms.

Service menus and entities differ by jurisdiction, and the US business absorbed a firm that previously traded as South Watch LLC. Confirm which entity and jurisdiction would hold a mandate and how fees are set, since none are published.
