InvestReady verifies investor eligibility for private-market offerings. It issues third-party accredited-investor determinations for issuers whose private placements are generally solicited, and also runs KYC/AML, Bad Actor, Qualified Purchaser, and Qualified Client workflows.

Investors complete the process online without handing their financial information to the issuer, and platforms can embed the same workflows through an API, from one-off checks to ongoing infrastructure. Alongside verification, an InvestReady Consulting arm helps regulated teams design and launch private-market and onchain products, covering requirements, responsibility models, vendor architecture, operating workflows, testing, and launch support. The company describes itself as independent, with no broker affiliation or transaction-based incentive, and says attorneys and CPAs support the technology.

The business began in Miami in 2013 as Accredify and reports more than 50,000 investors verified since then. In 2022 it acquired EarlyIQ, extending into identity verification, background screening, and Bad Actor workflows. Its site names clients including Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Invesco, DLP Capital, Kingsbarn, Supervest, and CrowdEngine, and lists Miami and Los Angeles locations.
