Manufactured Housing West (IMN)
Manufactured Housing West is IMN's west coast manufactured housing conference, run by Informa Connect. The next edition is scheduled for March 2027 in San Diego, California, with the venue to be announced.
The 2026 programme covered supply, demand and the future of manufactured housing; innovation updates on AI and new technologies in the manufactured space; manufactured homes and property tax assessments, including valuation impacts and local rules; and a distressed market update on where opportunities are appearing. Speakers were drawn from community owner-operators, founders and investment firms.
Networking is the other half of the event. The organisers provide a networking app for attendees to arrange meetings, and published attendee comments single out access to capital partners and cross-industry introductions as the reason to attend. Sponsor and exhibitor packages are personalised through the IMN sponsorship team.
Registration pricing, the agenda and the venue for 2027 had not been published at the time of the crawl; the site collects expressions of interest and early sponsorship enquiries. The eastern counterpart runs in Nashville in September.
