Manufactured Housing East (IMN)
Manufactured Housing East is an IMN conference for manufactured and mobile home investors, operators, financiers and technology innovators, run by Informa Connect. The next edition is scheduled for September 2027 in Nashville, Tennessee, with the venue to be announced.
The programme is built around panels and roundtables. Sessions have covered industry outlook, housing updates, strategies and policy; AI and rapid innovation in the manufactured housing market; and an owner panel on how operators are approaching the market. The 2026 edition added a closed-door roundtable open only to manufactured home owners, operators and property managers, alongside networking breaks and refreshments.
