Hospitable is automation software for short-term rental hosts. It connects to Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, keeps calendars and listings in sync, and answers guest messages with AI written in the host's own tone, either sending the reply or leaving a draft to approve.

Beyond messaging it generates guest reviews and review responses, sets nightly rates with built-in dynamic pricing rather than a separate revenue tool, runs a direct booking site, assigns and pays cleaning and maintenance staff, and handles rental agreements, security deposits, and guest vetting. Upsells and trip insurance sit on top of each booking, and a plain-language assistant answers questions about revenue, occupancy, and calendar gaps without opening a report.

The company says more than 24,000 hosts use it, that it has served 26 million guests from 191 countries, and that more than $19.5 million in booking income runs through it daily. It describes itself as customer and employee funded with no venture capital, and says about 15% of its team host short-term rentals themselves. A 14-day free trial covers every feature, after which there is a paid plan or an option with no subscription fee.
