Honeycomb Programs is a general agent for affiliated insurance companies that places property and liability coverage for real estate, and writes nothing else. Its three tracks are apartment building owners, condo and homeowner associations, and single- or multi-family rental property, with developers and property managers buying through the same platform.

Quoting starts from an address plus a handful of property photos taken through the company's Inspector App, which applies AI in place of an in-person inspection visit. Quotes are bindable online, and quotes, binders, policy forms, and endorsements remain available in the account around the clock; unit owners and tenants can download their own certificates from the site. Licensed agents are available by phone for advice at any point in the process.

Coverage includes a rental property package, association coverage, and an excess liability layer sold in $1M increments up to $5M, alongside endorsements such as ordinance or law, water backup and sewer or drain, and forgery or alteration. The site states the coverage is rated Excellent by AM Best for financial strength. Honeycomb publishes a Chicago mailing address and an office in Tel Aviv, and is licensed as a property and casualty insurance agency in the states where its products are offered.

State availability is expanding rather than nationwide: the company announced entries into Kansas, Missouri, and Nevada during 2026. Confirm the product is available in the state before planning a portfolio around it, and check whether the quoted savings figure applies to the specific risk.
