Orders are placed in about a minute and media is delivered same day or next day; the site says 99% of orders are delivered within 24 hours. Quality control is described as a five-step system: AI scoring and ranking of photographers, human review of every image, vetted professionals with their own gear, automated post-production, and continuous feedback. Photographers pick assignments from daily opportunities and have no post-production or fulfillment responsibilities.

Media services include listing photography, video and cinematic walkthroughs, aerial photos and video, Matterport-powered 3D tours, floor plans, neighborhood and twilight photos, virtual twilight conversions, virtual staging, event coverage, and short property highlight videos. Commercial verticals covered include campgrounds and RV parks, multifamily, self storage, hotels, industrial, retail, senior living, student housing, office, home builders, distressed assets, and vacation rentals. A listing prep line adds cleaning, landscaping, pressure washing, junk removal, lock box installation, yard signs, and rekeying. Enterprise accounts get centralized dashboards, role-based access, and consolidated billing.

The network is described as over 2,820 photographers and 51 editors covering all 50 states, used by over 2,100 businesses. Packages start at $179, with virtual staging and virtual dusk at $25 per photo; a surcharge applies in select high-cost markets including New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Hawaii, shown after the property address is entered.
