Gleeson Mobile Home Service

Gleeson Mobile Home Service is a Mesa, Arizona transporter and installer of manufactured and modular homes, licensed I10G-5956 and ROC-278984. It was founded in 1984 to provide transport, installation and service throughout the state of Arizona, and works with manufactured home communities, sales centers, corporations and individual homeowners.

A project starts with a coordinator meeting the homeowner or their representative at the home site to discuss placement and set-up details. The firm designs a site plan to scale and submits it with the required documentation to city, county or state agencies, then transports the home statewide, with crawler service available for difficult sites.

Set-up covers removing tires and axles, blocking and leveling, lagging floor and roof, dropping hitches, sealing the floor, capping the roof and trimming the exterior marriage line. Crews connect electric, water, sewer and gas to existing services, and can install septic tanks, power poles, pedestals or wells. Finishing work includes vinyl skirting, engineered greenboard retaining wall, hardboard skirting, and HUD, FHA or VA approved wood or block stem walls.

Over the last 35 years the company has formed complementary businesses: Valley Wide Awnings, Inc. for patio and carport awnings, custom sheds, decks and garages, and Gleeson Mechanical, a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer and EPA Certified contractor for heating and cooling. The firm reports membership in the Better Business Bureau and the Manufactured Housing Industry of Arizona, and good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the Office of Manufactured Housing.
