Gill Group is a real estate due diligence firm in Dexter, Missouri that produces appraisals, market feasibility studies, rent comparability studies, capital needs assessments and environmental site assessments on properties across the country. Much of the work sits in affordable housing programs - LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac - but its appraisers also cover general commercial property, hotels, nursing homes, assisted living, retail, industrial buildings and land.

Clients engage a single report or several at once, so that the appraisal, market study and environmental report on the same asset rest on one set of assumptions and can be reviewed as a package. Capital needs assessments are prepared by LEED AP engineers and licensed architects, and title searches, title insurance, escrow and closing run through the firm's National Title and Escrow division.
