Gallagher & Mohan is a real estate knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) firm that supplies dedicated offshore staff to real estate companies from a hub in New Delhi, India. It has served real estate companies since 2019 and was started by two veterans of a commercial real estate private equity firm.

Work is organised into divisions rather than projects: financial analysis (property underwriting, cash flow projections, investment analysis and risk assessment), accounting, asset management, lease administration, marketing, lodging and hotels, tenant credit analysis, CRE lending solutions across the loan life cycle, occupier services for corporate lease portfolios, and a technology group covering AI engineering, data architecture, automation and business intelligence. A separate product, Obsidian, builds off-market property target lists with owner contact information for acquisitions teams.
