G5 (RealPage)

G5 is a digital marketing platform built for multifamily, self storage and senior living operators, now part of RealPage. It combines property websites and a content management system, search engine optimization and Google Business Profile work, paid advertising, listings, reputation and social management, and marketing analytics into one system.

The advertising side runs search, display, remarketing and social campaigns across Google, Bing and social networks, with audience targeting by lookalike, geography, life event and site retargeting, and continuous A/B testing of audiences, keywords and content. Websites connect directly to leading PMS and CRM platforms so live pricing and availability display without manual updates, and property teams edit content themselves through the CMS. Other products include a creative studio, the Uber Leasing platform and a leasing chatbot. Reporting uses multi-touch attribution across the renter journey.

G5 states its platform is used by more than 8,300 properties across the United States and Canada, that it has analyzed over 400 million renter journeys, and that it has earned the trust of over 500 companies while servicing 7,000 websites. It reports more than 175 Google certifications.
