Expensify

Expensify is spend management software covering receipts, expenses, corporate cards, travel, and reimbursements. Receipts come in by phone photo, by forwarding to a receipts address, by text, or by upload, and are scanned into coded expenses.

Its Concierge AI categorizes expenses, applies the company's rules, flags policy violations, and submits reports; an approver reviews everything or only the outliers. Employees and contractors are paid back to their bank accounts in as little as one business day, in local currency. Bill pay, invoicing, budgets, and custom spend reports live in the same account.

On cards, Expensify issues its own Visa Commercial Card, which earns cash back on US purchases and reduces the Expensify bill, plus unlimited virtual cards for employees, vendors, or projects. A company can instead keep the corporate cards it has and link them for automatic reconciliation, with more than 10,000 banks supported globally. Expenses sync two ways with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Xero, among 45+ integrations.

The company says more than 15 million members use it and offers a 30-day free trial. The card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., and money transmission runs through partners including Expensify Payments LLC (NMLS ID 2017010). The product is general business spend management, not property accounting, so check how expenses would map onto your entity and property structure.
