EliseAI is a conversational AI platform for property management and healthcare. On the housing side its assistants answer prospects and residents across text, email, web chat, and voice, and act inside the operator's systems rather than only replying to messages.

For leasing, the platform engages leads around the clock, answers questions, recommends units against stated preferences and availability, screens renters on criteria the operator sets, books and runs AI-guided tours, and automates follow-up, keeping one conversation per prospect even when that prospect is looking at several communities. Operators choose the discovery questions, screening criteria, and selling points for each community, and decide when the assistant should push for a tour rather than an application. On the resident side it covers move-in, maintenance work orders and a maintenance app, renewals, and delinquency reminders. Other modules include EliseCRM, lease audits, fee transparency, and VoiceAI for inbound and outbound calls.

Coverage spans conventional, student, affordable, and single-family rental portfolios. The company says voice is supported in seven languages and written replies in 51, that more than 700 property management companies use the platform, and that one in six apartments in the United States runs on EliseAI. A client services team offering AI performance reviews, centralization planning, tech consolidation advice, and help refining owner pitches and underwriting is included in the cost of the technology rather than billed separately.
