Eleven Software builds ElevenOS, a managed Wi-Fi platform that handles guest and resident authentication and network management for hotels, apartment communities, universities, and other venues. It is software rather than hardware: the platform runs on top of the access points and controllers a property already has, so operators are not asked to replace equipment.

The platform provides branded login and captive portal experiences, a centralized dashboard for managing networks in real time, configurable service plans and group access, IoT device onboarding, and roaming so guests and residents keep a connection as they move around a property. Integrations connect ElevenOS to property management systems, CRMs, loyalty programs, and mobile app servers, which is how operators tie Wi-Fi access to a guest profile or a rewards tier.

Eleven has been building Wi-Fi management software since 2001. It says thousands of sites in more than 140 countries run on ElevenOS, together producing more than 7 billion authentications a year, and that it was named a Top Oregon Workplace by The Oregonian from 2020 to 2022 and one of Oregon's Healthiest Employers in 2021 and 2022. Much of the deployment work runs through channel partners, who receive an onboarding program, a knowledge base, and post-implementation support 24/7/365.
