Diamond Home Setting
Diamond Home Setting LLC transports and sets manufactured, modular and mobile homes, and sells homes through an associated dealer operation, Diamond Home Sales. It works on single-wides, double-wides, trailer homes, modular homes and manufactured homes, whether new or already on site.
The work extends well past setting the home. The company lists foundations, piers, leveling, skirting, decking, concrete and flat work, excavating, water and sewer, HVAC and ductwork, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, flooring, painting, remodeling, maintenance, and full home and lot cleanups. It also places portable offices and portable schools, and describes property developing and mobile home community work.
Diamond Home Setting says it is a Housing and Urban Development certified company and that it serves clients in several states. Contact is by phone on (586) 413-4193, by email, or through the contact form.
The site does not name the states it covers, list licence or DOT numbers, give crew size, or publish prices. Confirm how far the company will travel, what a set includes, and who pulls the permits before booking.
Best for
