Deer Valley Homebuilders, Inc. builds HUD-code manufactured homes and modular homes built to state modular codes, from a single plant in Guin, Alabama. Floor plans run from single-section cottages and narrow lot-line designs through two-section ranch plans to three- and four-section customizable homes, and the company also builds a modular barndominium.

The pitch is construction weight and materials rather than price. The company says it demands #1 and #2 grade lumber on all of its homes, describes its building approach as heavy built, and finishes homes inside a controlled factory environment rather than on site. Series include the Signature Series and the Mossy Oak Nativ Living Series, built under a trademark license from Haas Outdoors, for which Deer Valley is the official manufactured and modular homebuilder.

Sales representatives are assigned by territory across the southeastern and central states.

Founded in 2004 by eight people with a combined 125 years of home building experience, Deer Valley reports 15,000 homes constructed in the southeastern and central United States. Its facility covers over 25 acres and 200,000 square feet of office and production space.
