Datasite Prepare builds a deal-specific folder structure, organises content, and allows redaction to start before launch, with AI used to summarise documents, explain complex material, preview translations, and flag sensitive data or PII. Datasite Diligence adds semantic search, generated document overviews, multi-LLM access including Blueflame AI question answering with source links, translation across more than 17 languages including text inside images, and bulk redaction by word, phrase, and data type. Datasite Acquire is built for the buy side, with diligence trackers, row-level permissions, target upload access, risk evidencing from within a document, and live dashboards. Datasite Outreach covers deal marketing, with drag-and-drop buyer imports, watermarked and password-protected messages built from templates, and buyer engagement tracking.
Every project includes Datasite Assist at no extra cost: a dedicated project specialist plus support available around the clock in more than 20 languages. Security credentials listed on the site are ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701, and 42001 certifications and an annual SOC 2 Type II attestation, and Datasite says it was the first data room provider certified to ISO/IEC 42001.
