Park managers

CRR Hospitality

CRR Hospitality is a third-party manager and consultant for outdoor hospitality: RV resorts, RV parks, campgrounds, glamping properties, RV storage, and hotels. An owner can hand over full management or buy a single discipline - operations, revenue management, marketing, or technology - as a consulting engagement applied to one problem.

Management is organised into four service areas. Guest experience and property execution covers on-site leadership, staffing, hiring, training and HR support, facilities and maintenance standards, and repeatable processes. Profitability and financial clarity covers revenue strategy and pricing, financial reporting and budgeting, and performance oversight tied to guest feedback and benchmarks. Demand and market visibility covers positioning, campaigns, partnerships, and digital marketing. Asset growth and modern systems covers development planning, construction delivery, and technology and analytics.

Onboarding follows a published cadence: the first 30 days cover transition and operational standards, 60 to 90 days bring revenue discipline and reporting, and ongoing work is owner reporting, audits, and operational reviews. The company describes the first 30 to 60 days of a new partnership as transparent communication and rigorous operational audits, and cites bi-weekly revenue discipline, portfolio-level analytics, and institutional-ready reporting.

The business grew out of Contemporary Resorts and Residences, founded in 2018 to develop RV resorts and manufactured housing neighborhoods, whose first RV resort opened in 2019 in Camp Verde, Arizona. Unable to find a third-party manager with the approach it wanted, it created its own management company, later rebranded CRR Hospitality. It reports over 2,200 RV sites, over 125 vacation rental and glamping units, and over 1,700 storage sites under management, says it supports Marriott's expansion into outdoor hospitality, and won Supplier of the Year from OHI. Management fees are not published.
