Work is organized into spaces, folders and lists, with board, timeline and Gantt views, forms for intake, sprint points and reporting, portfolio and workload management, and rule-based automations. Integrations cover Slack, HubSpot, Google Drive, Salesforce, Make and others, and API access is rate-limited by plan. AI is sold as a separate add-on layered on any plan, covering an assistant, agents, an AI notetaker, AI-driven automations and dashboards, and metered with a monthly credit allowance shared across the workspace.
Billing is per user and per workspace rather than per person, so an upgrade applies to every member of that workspace and an organization with several workspaces upgrades each one separately.
