Click2Mail

Click2Mail is an online mailing service. A user uploads a document and an address list, picks a product, and C2M prints, addresses and hands the mail to the US Postal Service. Products include business letters, legal documents, invoices, marketing letters and postcards, sent First Class, Certified Mail, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.

Mail can be placed through the website, through the company's mailing applications or through its APIs. MailJack+ turns PDFs into posted mail without printing or stuffing envelopes; EasyLetterSender posts a single letter with optional artwork in a picture-window envelope; an email-attachment service prints and mails attachments the next business day; and a mobile app mails a document or image from a phone. Click2EDDM covers Every Door Direct Mail to whole neighborhoods, and mailing lists such as prior-week new movers and new homeowners can be bought alongside.

The company says there are no subscription fees, no minimum volume requirements and next-day mailing on most products. Per-piece prices including postage are quoted in the ordering tool rather than published, and several product and help pages were blocked during this crawl, so design services and list pricing have to be checked on the site itself.

Best for
