CLEAResult designs and implements energy programs across three practices it names as energy efficiency, energy transition and energy sustainability services. Its programs are run for utilities and program administrators, with delivery aimed at utility, business, government, residential and contractor or trade ally audiences.

The work runs from analytics and consulting through integrated customer service and program delivery, covering residential and industrial energy efficiency, Inflation Reduction Act programs, transportation and fleet electrification, decarbonisation and greenhouse gas emission reduction, strategic energy management and distributed energy resources. Energetics, its strategic energy planning and consulting arm, adds technical analysis.

The company also sells software and certification products. The CLEAResult ATLAS suite includes Qualify for income-based incentive eligibility, Marketplace for efficient products and rebates, IRA Home Energy Rebates, Carbon for greenhouse gas tracking and reporting, Connect, Insights, Partner Hub for managing trade ally networks, GridSaver for distributed energy resources, a heat pump calculator and Academy training. It runs 80 PLUS power supply certification and acquired ChooseEV, which helps consumers compare EV costs, emissions and incentives.
