Clarion Associates is a land-use consulting firm specialising in planning and plan implementation. Its clients are public sector — cities, counties and regions of every size — and the work runs from community plans through the land-use regulations that carry them out.

Planning work covers comprehensive plans and full plan updates, neighbourhood and area-specific plans, and regional planning and growth management. Code work covers code assessments, targeted code updates and full code rewrites, plus specialised topics including design standards and guidelines, historic preservation, and sustainability and resiliency provisions.
