Chicago Deferred Exchange Company

Chicago Deferred Exchange Company (CDEC) has served as a qualified intermediary and exchange accommodation titleholder since 1989 and is owned by Wintrust Financial Corporation. It handles forward and reverse exchanges and reports more than 75,000 completed exchanges.

A separate qualified trust account is opened for every client on every transaction, and funds held in trust are segregated from creditors' claims by operation of law. Fees are not published.
