Chariot Eagle

Chariot Eagle builds park model RVs and manufactured homes at its plant in Ocala, Florida, and now trades as Cavco - Ocala. The site says the renaming is part of Cavco's brand unification, dated April 1, 2025, which brought the group's manufacturing brands under the Cavco name.

The plant sells through independent retailers and builders rather than direct to buyers. Dealer listings are grouped by state for Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas, and there is a sign-up for businesses that want to become retailers. Model pages list 44 available floor plans, from park models of about 399 square feet to multi-section manufactured homes.

The company was established in 1984 as Chariot Eagle, starting with five employees in a leased 10,000-square-foot facility, and says it consistently ranks among the top two U.S. producers of 12-foot-wide park model homes. Besides RV park models it builds HUD-code park model homes, manufactured homes, disaster units, multi-section HUD homes, export housing and ANSI 119.5 tiny homes.

Prices come from the dealer, not the factory. The site states that prices, plans, dimensions, features and availability change without notice and that only a dealer or builder can give an actual price or a binding sales document.
