Catylist
Catylist is the commercial listing and marketing platform now sold as Moody's Analytics Catylist. Brokers use it to market listings, research a market, and pull the comps and contacts behind a deal from one platform instead of several.
The data underneath it is the Moody's Analytics CRE database: validated and curated information on more than 8 million US commercial properties, with sale and lease availabilities, comps, off-market properties and contacts. A research team interprets and curates that data from multiple sources and cross-references it against property deeds, data submitted by members, and data partnerships.
Search is geospatial. Brokers draw and combine custom search areas, compare properties, and view parcel aerial and street-level imagery, and an API allows integration with other services and tools. Listings also reach a national free-to-search marketplace and can be fed onto a brokerage's own website.
Catylist technology is used by more than 70 real estate associations, hundreds of economic development communities and thousands of brokerages across North America, which is why access usually arrives through a local association rather than direct. Broker support is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM ET.
