CalTier

CalTier Inc runs an online platform through which investors buy into a managed multifamily real estate fund rather than into individual deals. Investors create an account on the CalTier platform to see available offerings. Distributions are intended to be paid each quarter at managerial discretion as properties produce, with returns described as rental income from a rotating portfolio plus profits on asset sales. Redemptions are not always available and the offering circular governs the terms.
