Bull Realty is a commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory firm headquartered at 50 Glenlake Parkway in Atlanta, serving the southeast United States. It was founded in 1998 on two stated missions: building a company of advisors known for integrity, and providing disposition marketing.

Services include disposition, acquisition, project leasing, tenant representation and consulting. Advisors specialise by sector, covering office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land, healthcare, senior housing, self storage, hospitality and single tenant net lease. The firm also handles 1031 exchange strategy, valuation work including sale comps and underwriting, and special assets: non-performing notes, distressed property, REO, short sales, note sales and accelerated marketing or auctions.
