Bridge Property Management

Bridge Property Management operates multifamily communities, running apartments for residents and reporting on them to the owners of the portfolios it manages. It is part of Bridge Investment Group and handles the group's owned portfolio alongside select assignments.

The company splits its own work in two. Resident management is the community side: leasing, applications and the day-to-day service a renter experiences. Investment real estate management is the owner's side, the performance and reporting layer, and the firm says its teams carry detailed knowledge of local multifamily markets and the regulatory environment in each one.

Prospective residents search the managed portfolio by city, ZIP code, address or property name, then view photos, floor plans, rents and availability and submit a lease application online. The resident-facing site runs on RentCafe, the Yardi Systems resident portal.
