Braustin Homes is a manufactured home retailer based in San Antonio, Texas, with a second showroom in Odessa. It sells single-wide and double-wide homes from builders including Clayton and TRU Homes, and publishes the price of every floor plan on its site, sale prices included.

The process is built to run online or in person. Buyers filter floor plans by size, price, bedrooms, or state, customize finishes, fixtures, and upgrades with the price shown as they go, and work with an assigned housing consultant through financing, delivery, and setup. Braustin's stated pricing policy is that the price shown is the price quoted, and that it will beat a lower price found on the same home elsewhere by at least $500.

Full-service delivery and setup cover Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas. Unlike many retailers, Braustin also sells the site work: land clearing and site preparation including drainage and grading, base pads and foundations built to HUD standards, skirting in vinyl, hardie board, or metal, decks and porches, and gutters. The company says it is approaching its tenth year and has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating since 2018.

Get the delivered-and-set total in writing, and confirm which service areas apply to the home's location: the service pages name Louisiana in places where the sales pages name Arkansas.
