It forms LLCs, corporations, and nonprofits, acts as registered agent, files S corp tax elections, DBAs, amendments, and articles of dissolution, and runs supporting services such as EIN registration, business licence research, trademark registration, certificates of good standing, and corporate kits with stock certificates.

The formation package itself is free apart from the state filing fee, charged as a single one-time service fee rather than a recurring subscription. The first year of registered agent service is included when a company is formed through Bizee, renewing at $149 a year. Compliance alerts, by text and email, come with every formation package at no extra charge, with the customer choosing whether to file themselves or have Bizee do it. Support is by phone Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central, and the company states its support team is staffed by people rather than bots and is fluent in English and Spanish.
