The tools include expert-built calculators such as a rental property calculator, property management software, and a Market Finder that covers every U.S. metropolitan statistical area through investor metrics: year-over-year home price growth, rent-to-price ratio, and affordability measured as household income to price. The Market Finder also carries detailed insights on a hand-selected Top 25 list of recommended markets, last updated June 2026.

Members ask questions, share results, and compare notes in the forums, and learn through articles, podcasts, videos, and guides written for investors. A directory connects investors with investor-friendly agents and other vetted professionals to buy, renovate, manage, and grow a portfolio, including 1031 exchange specialists. The company also runs an annual conference, BPCON.

Paid membership plans unlock premium calculators, tools, and advanced investing education. The pages reviewed list the plans and describe what each unlocks, but do not show their prices, so tiers should be compared on the membership page before subscribing.
