Revenue management

Beyond

Beyond is a revenue management platform for short-term and vacation rental owners and managers. Its core product prices listings automatically, adjusting nightly rates against real-time market demand rather than leaving an operator to set rates by hand.

Pricing recommendations are built from multiple data sets, including guest search behaviour, so rates move when demand builds rather than after competitors react. A calendar view shows what drove each day's recommendation. Around that sit several other products: Neyoba, an AI assistant that answers questions about a listing's performance, its market, and the upcoming calendar; a mobile app for reviewing bookings, changing prices, and acting on recommendations away from a desk; market data showing where guests are travelling from and which amenities are driving demand; listing optimisation; owner reporting dashboards; payment processing; and custom direct booking websites. Pricing can be pushed to a connected booking platform or property management system.

Beyond started in 2013, when a co-founder was renting a spare bedroom in a San Francisco apartment and there was no pricing tool for short-term rentals. The company states it has supported more than 715,000 listings in over 44,000 cities, with $15 billion in bookings priced, and that it has employees in several countries; the site is published in US, UK, and Australian English and Brazilian Portuguese.

No prices are published. The contact route is a demo request that asks for the number of listings in bands, so the fee basis has to be established with the sales team.
